Common questions before a first call

What happens after I send this?

An engineer reads it and replies within one working day — usually with two or three specific questions, then a 45-minute call. No pitch deck.

Will you sign an NDA before we discuss details?

Yes, gladly, and we can send ours or sign yours. Say so in the message and we will handle it before the call.

Do you give estimates on a first call?

We will give you a range and tell you how wide the uncertainty is. A firm number needs a short discovery — usually one to two weeks — which we quote separately so you are not committing to a build to find out what a build costs.

What is your smallest engagement?

A two-week advisory or audit. Below that we are probably not the right fit, and we will tell you so rather than take the work.

I am a student — should I use this form?

For the internship, use the application form instead — it asks the right questions. For academic project guidance, this form is fine; choose "Academy enrolment" or "Research or academic platform".

Prefer to see something first?

We can demonstrate a live School ERP instance, walk through an AI evaluation report, or show a research workbench replaying a published figure.
